The Meditation Gathering
is an open Satsang (being in the company of spiritual
teaching) on the last Sunday of every month held at The Center
at Rock Ledge. This is a time for interested and like-minded
individuals to explore the spiritual traditions of yoga science
as taught by Sri Swami Rama. Directed by Dr. Phil Nuernberger,
the Gathering is open to anyone interested in learning about the
traditions of the Himalayan Sages. The formal program runs from
2 pm to 5 pm.. We begin with a discussion of spiritual practices
and principles, enjoy a brief hatha and stretching program, and
end the session with a meditation practice. We finish with an
informal time of refreshments and conversation.
